Ingredients to make Sponge Cake:
- Oil / Butter – 250 Grams
- Sugar – 250 Grams
- Eggs – 4
- Vanilla Flavor – 2 Tsp
- Flour – 250 Grams
- Baking Powder – 3 Tsp
- Milk – Half Cup

Method to make Sponge Cake:
Put oil or butter into your mixing bowl.
Add sugar and mix it well.
Add eggs one by one until good blend.
Add vanilla flavor.
Now add 2/3 flour and add baking powder in the rest of flour.
Now add half of the milk.
Add rest of the flour and then add the remaining milk.
Note: Don’t mix it too much
Now pour the material into your baking mold.
Preheat your oven to 130° C and bake it for about 60 minutes or until you get your toothpick clean after putting in a cake.
